More about Faith - our Level 3 Support Coordinator & Head Of Nursing

Registered Nurse/Community Nursing

My name is Faith Lucas. I have over 20 years of experience in the health sector, working across the acute, community and aged care settings as a Registered Nurse in clinical care, management roles, educator positions and Advocacy roles. With CaRelief, I work within a Support Coordination role with NDIS funded clients.

I am passionate about working with vulnerable members of society to ensure equal access to all services regardless of their situation. I have a strong understanding of the provision of clinical and functional support across the lifespan and in any role I engage in, I use these skills to ensure the promotion of independence for individuals whilst championing their rights.

NDIS Support Coordinator Tara | CaRelief NDIS Provider

More about Tara - Level 2/3 Support Coordinator

Dear Participant,

My name is Tara and I am your Support Coordinator with CaRelief. I am a mum of two school aged children with my son being in primary school and my daughter being in high school. We have three cats called Thunder, Mila and Kitty. I am originally from New Zealand, although I have been living in Australia for over 13 years now and much prefer the weather here!

My NDIS journey started when my son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, and it took a long time for me to understand what the NDIS was all about, how the funding worked, what supports were available to help my son with his difficulties and be able to overcome the barriers that new participants seem to face. More recently, I used my background in administration and aged care to become a Support Coordinator and for the last year and a half, I have been fulfilling my passion for helping people with disability experience positive and meaningful life interactions in the way they want and need. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you progress along on your NDIS journey!

More about Chris - Human Resources & House Manager

My name is Chris. I have worked in disability for eight years. I was working in the prosthetics industry with amputees of all levels for over seven years as a prosthetic technician. In this time I learnt a number of skills not only in the manufacturing process but also the clinical process. This role gave me much self satisfaction and joy. Also interacting with clients and seeing their appreciation and smile of their faces brought much self satisfaction.

I enjoy interacting with people and people with disabilities. Working in disability in think you need to have the basic attribute of caring. With this I decided make the move into CaRelief. Something of which I’m proud of and the services that CaRelief provide. Outside of work I love family time, music (drumming), swimming and friends.

NDIS Support Coordinator Brooke | CaRelief NDIS Support

More about Brooke - Support Coordinator & Office  Manager

Hi, my name is Brooke. I have been in the disability sector since 2020. Prior to this I was in Real Estate. I really enjoyed Real Estate but have found my real working joy in working with the NDIS.

I had a baby in July of 2022 and I am obsessed with being a mum. It is the best role that I have ever had.  My family and I enjoy camping and travelling in our down time.
